T-shirt Monthly is over but some tees are still available

T-shirt Monthly was a t-shirt magazine of its own kind, the magazine being the t-shirt itself, nothing more, nothing less. Started in January 2007, it lasted for 33 months and that many issues before ending in September 2009 with a beautiful design by Mike Mills.

By subscribing to T-shirt Monthly you got 1 fresh t-shirt every month for six months, each exclusively designed for T-shirt Monthly.

T-shirt Monthly is hand-printed on American Apparel t-shirts.

The purpose of this project is to celebrate the t-shirt as an art form, it has no commercial purpose and we only hope to cover our production costs.

Lowrider (Fribourg – CH)

Serge has been screen-printing for T-shirt Monthly for 2 years now and we decided to invite him a second time, for X-Mas! Because one thing is pretty obvious, he is printing so many t-shirts that he will eventually get bored and move on to his creative dreams, like painting letters on billboards and working in New York within two years.
Though one thing is sure: he wants to keep his hands busy and dirty, and will always do it whole-heartedly for T-shirt Monthly.
