Back order price per t-shirt:
CHF 40 for delivery to Switzerland (+CHF 5 postage&handling, once per mail-out)
EUR 30 for delivery to Europe (+EUR 5 postage&handling, once per mail-out)
USD 40 for delivery to the rest of the World (+USD 8 postage&handling, once per mail-out)
